Super helpful people here who clearly love dogs. Always available to ask for advice and never had even a hint of pushiness. The frozen food works out so so much cheaper than supermarket and is way better for them. Huge selection of all sorts of different types of raw food and a wall of dog treats with everything from pig snouts to rabbit skins.

Very helpful and knowledgeable! We have an old English bulldog, and sticking with breed traits, she has allergies! The guy discussed her symptoms with me, treatments we've used, her current diet - literally everything a vet hasn't done! We discussed feeding options and his recommendations. He weighed her and worked out her recommended daily intake, told me how to transition her onto the new food, and then our next steps! Couldn't fault the entire trip if I tried! Started going to this shop about 3 months ago, not really knowing a lot about raw food and a little nervous to try it. The guys in the shop are great, helped me in choosing what would be right for my puppy and older labadoodles. Prices are good and cheaper than other places. Wouldn't shop anywhere else now and they have a great selection on treats.
